Many of us have gotten so disconnected from ourselves, we can't even hear the Whisper any more. The Whisper is your inner voice that guides you towards your own personal truth. Through individual coaching you'll learn how to tune into your Whisper again so you can move forward in your life with courage, purpose and love, finding ease and enjoyment at work and with your life.
Meet your inner best friend
You'll learn to enlist the help of something I call your Genie Within. Your Genie is your champion, your ally and your best friend – and He/She will knock down your negative thoughts and help you tune into that all-important Whisper whenever you need. However, to tap into your Genie and hear your Whisper, you need to get back to some of your core basics, and rediscover your authentic self. And that's what this work is all about.

The Gremlin
Connecting to the Genie's essence requires patience as well as an awareness and understanding of another voice within. One that keeps you from moving forward. I call this voice your Gremlin, and right now he/she is more powerful than your Genie because you have been conditioned for so many years to listen to and believe everything he/she says to you.
The Gremlin's purpose is to keep the Genie in the lamp, your fears alive, and keep past stories that no longer serve you, in the present moment. This is how the Gremlin survives and remains so powerful.
