About Linda

Linda Salazar is an in-demand speaker, scientific hand reading analyst, Certified Life Coach, and author primarily helping women who are in midlife and are facing a spiritual or life changing crisis.  

As the founder of Awaken The Genie Within® Coaching, Linda helps clients divine a deeper wisdom with exercises and a method of scientific hand reading analysis that awakens their internal genies to embrace their positive traits, while subduing their inner gremlins which stop them from all they can achieve.

Linda has addressed such diverse groups as the Motion Picture Health and Wellness Program, the Association of Celebrity Personal Assistants, the International Moms Club, the Costume Designers Guild, La Leche League, Northwest Medical Center and been interviewed on hundreds of radio stations across America teaching her unique perspectives in connecting our spirit and soul to our daily lives.

“Women often take care of everyone but themselves”, comments Salazar. With the goal of helping women uncover their deeper fulfillment in life, she introduced scientific hand analysis to accelerate client’s uncovering of their true life purpose, life lessons or challenges, or capabilities and gifts they may not have known they had. 

Today Linda’s coaching specializes in guiding women through transition from sudden life changes, like divorce or separation, death of a loved one, loss of a job, “empty nest” syndrome, ending friendships or other life or career altering changes when they’re feeling lost, sad and alone or disconnected from their spirit or soul.

She has compiled life lessons from coaching business owners, social workers, actors and many other clientele into her book, “Awaken The Genie Within®.” One television host client said, “Linda's words spoke so loudly and truthfully to me. She has worked on film & television sets for decades through thousands of pressure cooker situations, surrounded by terribly talented and extremely temperamental performers, directors, and crew members. Here, Linda honed her skills developing down-to-earth spiritual, emotional and life practices for work and relationships, the foundation of her teaching.

Based in Southern California, Linda became a Certified Life Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation after authoring her book, Parents In Love; Reclaiming Intimacy After Your Child Is Born, as well as the creator and narrator for the Awaken The Genie Within®: Manifesting Your Heart's Desire audio program.  She is a contributing author in the top selling book - 101 Great Ways To Improve Your Life; Volume 2, featuring the world’s leading personal empowerment experts, including Jack Canfield, Richard Carlson, Bob Proctor and Alan Cohen.  She’s appeared on KCAL Channel 9 news in Los Angeles, and has been written about in Women’s Faith and Spirit Magazine, LA Times and Parent Magazine.
